Sam is fascinated by art and drawing from a tender age. He enjoys capturing transient moments and trivial things in life and transforming them into his artwork.
While pursuing his art practice in his leisure time, he works as an interior designer at SSplusD, a company he founded back in 2013
He is a self-taught artist and started producing artworks for his clients since 2019.
Acrylic paint is one of the medium of choice for his creative expression. This allows him to not only design a space by fitting out work but also capture his own unique selective perception of the moment in a form that he can share with his clients.
His works are often inspired by communication with people or objects around him and rendering it at his own interpretation. The colors he used are based on his visual experience with a touch of subjective imagination.
He believes that art should be more than a merely decorative object. It should have a meaning, expressing thoughts and emotions, as well as being aesthetically well balanced.
